When one of the world’s most iconic brands wanted to mobilise its people around a bold new vision, Canon EMEA turned to Engage Group for support.

Canon set out to align and re-energise employees behind its purpose: Inspiring a World of Change. They wanted every team member to not only understand the brand pillars of being visionary, innovative and bold, but to live them, share them, and become true brand ambassadors.

To achieve that, they needed more than messaging. They needed a bold internal campaign and creative tools that could turn strategy into action and purpose into pride – at scale, across the region.
